1. 🔄 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is made within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Change of mind
  • Products without original packaging

2. 📸 Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Proof of damage or incorrect item

3. 🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items will be replaced at no extra cost
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification
  • Subject to product availability

4. 💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Product is confirmed damaged/incorrect

💳 Refund Process:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. ❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. 🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you
  • No return shipping charges for valid cases
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

7. ⚠️ Important Notes

  • JAIMART reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance are not considered defects
